Important criteria to be able to sponsor family members (Wife & kids) in UAE:

To be able to sponsor family members to the UAE, you must fulfill the following conditions:

Sponsor Salary must be as per below:

• Male expatriates must have a minimum salary of AED 4,000 per month or AED 3,000 per month plus accommodation
• Female expatriates must have a minimum monthly salary of AED 10,000 or AED 8,000 plus accommodation

Sponsor must have own flat/apartment/villa or renting a flat/apartment/villa with rental agreement under his name.

• For Dubai Residents, EJARI certificate with DEWA bill
• For other Emirates, Tenancy contract agreement with Electricity bill

Required Documents to sponsor wife and kids (less than 18 years old): (Sponsor is Male)

• Original/Copy of Passport of dependents
• One photograph (white background) of each dependent
• Sponsor’s original Emirates ID
• Sponsor’s passport + residence visa clear colored copies
• Copy of Marriage Certificate attested from UAE Embassy in Home Country and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in UAE (with ARABIC LEGAL TRANSLATION)
• Copy of Birth Certificate attested from UAE Embassy in Home Country and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in UAE (with ARABIC LEGAL TRANSLATION) – required for children visa application only
• Ejari certificate (for Dubai Residents) or Tenancy contract (other Emirates)
• Electricity Bill
• Valid Sponsor’s Salary Certificate – in Arabic format address to immigration generated in portal (for Freezone Employees) or Valid Labour Contract (for LLC Employees)
• Bank statements (optional)
• Cancelled Visa/Tourist Visa/On arrival file number- required during change status if the dependent is inside the country

Additional requirements:

If Sponsor is Female (mother), for her to be able to sponsor their children, Arabic NOC is required

• Arabic No Objection certificate from Husband notarized by the Court (that Husband do not have any objection for wife to be the sponsor of their kids)

To sponsor a child (Son who is 18 yrs old and above), school certificate letter/enrollment letter is required

• Arabic school certificate letter/enrollment letter (This is to certify that the son is still studying and enrolled in a university)

To sponsor a child (Daughter who is 18 yrs old and above), the daughter must be unmarried (to be prepared from our side)

• Signed Unmarried letter by sponsor (Certifying that the daughter is unmarried)

Note: Wife can also sponsor their husband. Same documents are required but bank statement is mandatory.
