Important criteria to be able to sponsor family members (PARENTS) in UAE:

• Need to sponsor both parents unless one of them has passed away
• Need to get Arabic Letter from the Embassy or Consulate certifying that the sponsor is the only relative left who can take care of the parent (s)
• Need to pay a deposit as a guarantee for each parent
• Need to get parents a medical insurance policy
• Sponsor must have a monthly salary of AED 20,000
• Sponsor must have own flat/apartment/villa or renting a flat/apartment/villa with rental agreement under his name WITH MINIMUM 3 BEDROOMS
• For Dubai Residents, EJARI certificate with DEWA bill
• For other Emirates, Tenancy contract agreement with Electricity bill

Required Documents to sponsor Parents:

• Original/Copy of Passport of dependents
• One photograph (white background)
• Sponsor’s Emirates ID front and back copy
• Sponsor’s passport + residence visa clear colored copies
• PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP (ANY LETTER FROM THE EMBASSY OR BIRTH CERTIFICATE of sponsor attested from UAE Embassy in Home Country and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in UAE (with ARABIC LEGAL TRANSLATION))
• Any proof or letter from the Embassy that the sponsor is the only relative who can take care of them (with ARABIC LEGAL TRANSLATION);
• Ejari certificate (for Dubai Residents) or Tenancy contract (other Emirates)
• Electricity Bill
• Bank statements (6 MONTHS)
• IBAN no. of sponsor
